Builds the full FS-20 card layout: two duplicate ID cards on top, a fax-scannable barcode block underneath, and an AAMVA Insurance Card PDF417 (RG / VH / FR / SI subfiles with an MD5-signed SI block) on every barcode.
Paste plain lines as they appear on the document (name, street, City ST ZIP, policy #, optional dates / VIN). Smart parse reads that layout first; raw PDF417 / AAMVA strings still work. Parse with AI helps messy or partial text — set OPENAI_API_KEY on the server.
